InvoiceZip
Download all Stripe invoices for a month as one ZIP
InvoiceZip takes one calendar month, looks up every Stripe invoice created in that month, and puts each invoice PDF into a single ZIP file. You don't have to open and download them one at a time.
Steps
- In the Stripe Dashboard, create a restricted key (it starts with
rk_test_ or rk_live_) with Read access on Invoices. Key setup guide.
- Open the InvoiceZip app, paste the key, and pick a month.
- Click Export ZIP. The download is named
invoicezip-YYYY-MM.zip.
What's in the ZIP
- One PDF for each invoice that has a PDF on Stripe, named
invoice-<invoice number>.pdf. If an invoice has no number, its Stripe invoice ID is used instead.
- If the key can also read Charges, the payment receipt for each paid invoice is added too. See receipts in the ZIP.
Good to know
- Which invoices count as "in the month"?
- Invoices whose Stripe
created time falls between the first second and the last second of that month, in UTC.
- Why is an invoice missing?
- Stripe doesn't have a PDF for draft invoices, so they're skipped. If none of the month's invoices have a PDF, the app tells you how many invoices it found instead of giving you an empty ZIP.
- Does it work with test mode?
- Yes. Both
rk_test_ and rk_live_ keys are accepted.
- Is the key saved?
- No. It's sent with that one export request and kept in memory only. It isn't written to disk, a database, cookies, or localStorage. The ZIP is also built in memory.
- What does it cost?
- $15 once, through Whop. No subscription.
